We are have a wonderful lake view over Star Lake at Formosa Gardens from our extended pool deck

Pool & Screened Pool Deck

• Resurfaced and retiled 30ft x 15ft (widest points) kidney shaped pool with colour changing LED light

• Our Custom-built 7ft circular spa with LED colour changing light flows into the main pool system

• Extended Lakefront Screened Pool deck has 6 sunloungers (plus 2 sunloungers outside screen)

• The pool deck faces South East which is a perfect mix of sun and shade on a hot Florida day

Outside Area

We have space around our villa to enjoy:

• Premium Cornilleau Pro outdoor table tennis table for your exclusive use - bats and balls supplied

• Suntrap patio area (non screened) at the side of the villa with 2 additional sunloungers and chairs to capture late sun or watch the table tennis action

• Second outside screen lakeview patio area with gas BBQ and bistro table. Please note, there is charge of £50/$65 for the BBQ per stay to cover cleaning and gas

• The property is fully fenced for privacy. There are gates at the front of the property.

• There is a metal gated divide between our property and the lake area.

• You will often see water birds wandering around the garden and local area. We enjoy regular visits from Herons, Sandhill Cranes, Ibis and ducks

• Fishing is allowed around the lakeshore on a catch and release basis, however always be on the lookout for alligators!

• If there is a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral during nighttime hours you may see it if you look across the lake from the BBQ patio area

Pool Notes:

Pool Depth from 3ft shallow end to 5ft deep end

Hot Tub is 3ft 8inches deep

There are wide curved steps down into the shallow end of the pool and there is a ledge seat on one side at the deep end
 
All doors leading to the pool area have a pool door alarm fitted for child safety - note: there is no pool fence around the pool so children should be supervised at all times
 
Spa and Pool heat are available and recommended from October - April (£20/$25 per night incl tax).  Summer rate of £11/$15 per night May-Sep

The spa is an overflow spa connected to the pool system.  The spa will be at pool temperature until the spa timer is switched on.  The switch turns on the hotter spa temp water (if heating requested) and the jets for the spa for the duration of the timer.  It then reverts back to pool temperature and no jets when not being used.

If heating has not been requested then both the pool and spa will be at the same temperature based on local weather conditions.  There will be a call out charge if you request pool & spa heating to be turned on after check in and it will take a few hours to start heating up.
